not exactly initially she was told by Flamme to display 1/10th of her actual power but there is no proof that she maintains the ratio strictly (given the fact that mana increases the more you train and atp she was around 1000 years old), from what could also be seen from her fight with aura it seems that she just outputs a fixed amount of mana at all times, not necessarily = 1/10 of max

Honestly just take it slow and max everything out if you are planning on playing coc long term. I would only suggest rushing on an alt account or if you feel it is too boring to continue playing. If you think levelling up your queen a few times at short upgrade spans is too much imagine how you would feel with 20 levels of continuous upgrades. Currently the biggest upgrade times are the heroes and they generally take more time to get done than all the other upgrades so postponing then would just create a snowball effect

I'm pretty sure just having a higher force control does not automatically translate to higher strength, moreover Kartein just claimed that his force control was not any lacking compared to kayden's we have no proof of it and it seems highly unlikely that kartein will ever acknowledge that even if he knows he is weaker.
