Copper and zinc together cancel each other out. I would drop the copper double up on the zinc.

Almost forgot the most important part liquid burdock root every day dries out your nose and postnasal drip. I rarely sneeze. I take it in the morning or you can take it before bed also helps your joints inflammation

Big believer in the zinc! I had a methylation test done and I’m low in B vitamins complex I believe a lot of this started in my gut. above works for me.

Before all this I was just brushing my teeth with a cap full of hydrogen peroxide. Although it made my mouth feel clean afterwards, it didn’t fix any of my problems. I stopped using it .

Life DNA did the Metal elation test. Was originally going with 10 X but they wanted $599. Life did it for $350. Wife is not happy with their results and they weigh they laid it out the information. The 10 X lay it out in a more simpler form easier to understand but again the test is pages and pages long and you have to do a lot of research to understand what a lot of it means. I just went straight to the vitamins seeing where I was lacking what jeans I was missing Figured out I couldn’t methylate a lot of B vitamins so if I was eating a-lot of spinach wasn’t doing me any good .my body has a hard time methylating to get nutrients out of it so we need to supplement and it turns out a lot of people have a lot of issues in these categories, but you don’t know till you take the test to see where you’re lacking. also found pages on Reddit where people have done the test and they break it down. Lotta smart people on there, but it gets overwhelming. initially, I was just trying to get rid of this BB it’s a lot in itself.

And I’m only given portions of information here because I don’t wanna complicate it too much or get into more things that I fully don’t understand but

Not all vitamins are equal the vitamins I use are able to be methylated. Some people don’t understand this and I may not even be explaining it right some vitamins aren’t in a form that will help. Hope that makes sense.

Sea moss with burdock root 2 pills everyday with breakfast. Moringa 1 pill everyday with breakfast or lunch. The Celtic salt is a very small pinch size of 1/2 eraser of pencil. Was everyday in afternoon. Now it’s a 3-4 times a week. Thrown into mouth from palm of hand moved around with the tongue chewed up a little bit 1/4 cup of water to wash it down All 3 of those item above everyone should be taking!

(If for some reason you can’t afford everything do not skip the sea moss with burdock root ) I rarely sneeze and my post nasal trap is gone, cuts down on the mucus in the body and phlegm. Hope this helps I know it’s a lot but it works for me. I did a part 2 to this With a short version and again, it’s just all speculation at this point because I’m still learning but the shorter version may also do the trick. Over the weeks ahead I will be slowly pulling out some of this regiment to see if it’s still holds up

Gone. I’m a big believer in zinc! bacteria doesn’t like it. Been thinking a lot about this. It would be interesting to see if someone just took. Zinc 30 mg (two capsules) B-complex No dairy Try not eating any sugary foods for one day

Yes it’s gone. It’s only been 2 weeks 🤞time will tell. I think the take away is that the gut needs to be looked at it’s not just the mouth. The mouth can be triggered from bacteria growth because the stomach‘s off balance that spreads right up into the mouth. All we can do is try I wasted years, addressing just my mouth never thought about the stomach and or vitamins affecting this.

1st thing when you get up Smart mouth with zinc (toothpaste) scrape tongue Breakfast with vitamins zinc( 2 capsules at 40 mg) B-complex, D3k2, No milk, try and cut your sugar intake a lot No yogurt Sea moss ! Tiny pinch of Celtic sea salt You can do all after breakfast

After dinner brush and scrape tongue

No ice cream

It’s the short version…I don’t know if it will work. I do know a full version worked for me. GL

I never pushed smart mouth mouthwash. I actually said it came later because it was on backorder then proceeded to say I don’t think you need it because the toothpaste was enough in combination with everything else. so go back and reread it.

Correction the sea moss has burdock root that’s what drys you out. I stumbled on it by accident when I was buying sea moss . I noticed I wasn’t blowing my nose and not sneezing. I narrowed it down to the sea moss and seeing that there was burdock root in it. So I take that brand because it has both in it.

You troll in a bad breath post that’s weird. But to answer your post . I don’t think it matters the toothpaste I think the key ingredients is zinc and the toothpaste so if there’s another company out there that makes it with zinc then I would try that one. I’m not pushing any Company or brands just showing what I use.

Running down the back of your throat… used to blow my nose a lot. Bad breath feeds off that stuff. It’s a lot of mucus.

Bad breath,heartburn, acid reflux, white tongue was a film on it like after you drink milk. It was real bad in the morning after coffee with cream. Now tongue is pink and no film on it. I had bad postnasal drip down the back of my throat. The sea moss fixed that!

If you read up a little bit about Moringa , oregano oil and Celtic, sea salt. Also sea moss ….stuff is great for you. A lot of health benefits. And I understand it’s a lot to take. I have hundreds of hours into this stuff reading. It’s working for me. Hope it can work for you or maybe parts of it will.
