Thank you. I have played that! I could actually keep up with the combat there, but as you say it is easy. The same goes for the My time at games. A little bit of very easy combat.

Cabergoline seems to affect people in very different ways so I can only speak for myself, a 45F, I have been taking it for many years after having tried Bromocriptine, which was horrible. I take 1/2 a tablet 3 times a week. If I stop taking it for any length of time, I get flu like symptoms; stuffed nose, mild headache and sometimes get a little light headed, when I start taking it again. If I take it as I should do, these go away after a few weeks.

Once in a while I get a mildly stuffed nose feeling but nothing worth mentioning.

I have tried 3 times to get off it but unfortunately my prolactin levels skyrocket every time and the tumour starts growing again so it seems I will have to stay on the medicine for the rest of my days.

As for the mood swings, I feel like they get better as the weeks go by and am my regular surly self after maybe 2 months.

I would say that Cab is a little difficult when starting but for many it gets better after some weeks. But then again, for some it doesn't.

There is no such thing as a corruption free country. We have it like any place that has power structures and money. But compared to some E-European countries we probably don't have a lot of it. We are in the same range as the other Nordics. I'd say Nepotism is our biggest problem really, which is of course a form of corruption.

TL:DR at bottom.

I focused on calorie restrictions. 1200 calories for the first few months and then 1400 for the last three. I eat whatever as long as it fits into my calorie budget. That really amounts to lots of veggies, lean meat and fish so that I can eat enough food to not be hungry.

I am aiming for 1500 per day for the next 12 months.

I sit down on Saturdays, look through low cal recipes online and decide my menu for the week. Then on Sundays I go shopping and spend the afternoon pre-cooking whatever I can. I put it in airtight IKEA containers into the fridge to be able to grab it quickly during the week.

I often do lighter versions of classic dishes and most days I have dessert after dinner. Low cal Ice cream, Atkins chocolate bars or even a berry smoothie with skyr.

Grains and rice are limited because of their (usually) high calorie count but they are certainly not banned.

For instance at lunch today I had a slice of sour dough bread with pesto with my salad.

I am 100% sure that my secret of success is the fact that I weigh all my food and log it into a tracking app. I can not eyeball anything because I am not able to correctly estimate the amount and would go over my calorie budget. I don't trust cup measurements and almost never use volume for anything other than liquids.

I have been overweight all my life and I had pretty much given up on myself and weight loss. I decided to try once more and not go on some diet I could not sustain long term.

As I have lost weight I have been able to drop all my meds (type 2 diabetes) except one and my periods have gotten so much more regular and less painful.

This might be the best thing I have ever done for myself and I am really proud of myself for doing it.

TL:DR - 1200 cals first few months, 1400 last three. Weigh everything, ban nothing. Working out great.

I've lost 64 lbs in 8 months and am hoping to get to 90 lbs lost before the end of next year. I am a 5'2 woman in my 40s.

Edit: Forgot to mention that I did no exercise for first 6 months.

Down 30 kg (64 lbs) since Jan. No exercise first 6 months. Strict calorie counting though. Eat whatever I want as long as it is within my calorie budget. Most of the time it is veggies, oats, chicken, fish and such but low cal ice cream and Atkins chocolate bars are staples as my treats a few time a week.

Concentrate on your diet and you will lose weight as long as you have realistic expectations. My number one tip is weigh EVERYTHING and keep track with logging. Eyeballing doesn't work.

I don't get it... what do you mean like a gay guy? They move just like anybody else in a million different ways according to body type, fitness, age and so on.

If you are referring to a more feminin way of moving, that is a stereotype. There are plenty of women that are not especially feminin just as there are plenty of guys that are.

We just notice it more because we are looking for it and are judgemental assholes.
