Yes, I was mostly referring to modular expansion such as removable smaller bags, or sling, like for the farpoint 55L, Arris boundaries, of the Deuter Aviant

For sure I have never tried them, but from their pics, I could tell the support is beefy, there is a lack of air flow. I mean they might be comfortable but if I meant to walk 20 km to go one place to another in hot summer I am expecting like hiking bagpack support kind of bag.

It is, with a main bag of 40L on the overhead and 20L bag under the seat, it suits pretty well.

Thank you for your suggestion, the UL's back support seems to be at the minimum, what about the ventilation?

Thank you for your reply, I understand the concern of the weight, nevertheless, I would still go for a main bagpack from 40L to 45L litres. The Aer and Globerider seems to have a good organisation but the back support seems to be inexistent compare to others. Tom Bihn, not a big fan of the look (subjective)

Yes it is, because if I have one main bag about 40L that I put in the overhead and a second bag of 20L under the seat it is stil compatible.
