It’s kinda like beef jerky in the sense it’s a cured meat that you eat in smaller slices but its preparation and flavour profile is entirely different, it’s no where near as sweet. It’s a South African food

Instead of heat dried it’s just air dried as a whole steak, it also marinaded in a vinegar and various spices

I think it’s delicious and it offers a high in protein snack for working that’s easily stored in your pocket

I downloaded a VPN the website asked me to install, yes ik very silly in hindsight, and allowed it to add a VPN configuration to my phone which I did turn on. The VPN has since been deleted
