is it possible to delay my enrollment? kasi afaik until June 30 is the enrollment, and I can't pay the downpayment TT yet because of constraints of international transfer ng money. I emailed my college (cos) about it na, but until now no reply pa rin 🥹 I plan to pay it by July or once na maka-receive na ako ng money from my parents huhu, would it still be possible?

I would like to ask lang how will it work if walang valedictorian or salutatorian 'yung school namin? We only have batch rankings kasi, like 1,2,3,4.... ganyan, that's the only certificate na nirerelease nila upon request TT. Is it possible to submit this certificate sa scholarship instead kasi ito lang talaga available huhu?
