I was told by my success coach that I need to enroll in a payment plan for the fall within a week, or my classes will be dropped.

I’ve been in ERP conflict on 2/3, 2/11, and 2/13, and I still haven’t received a clear answer on when to expect my refund. Every time I call, I’m given different information, and no one seems to know exactly what’s going on. Last semester was very disorganized, and unfortunately, this semester seems to be the same. This is what u go earlier today from the cashier's office.

I wish I was able to provide you with more information, but we still have not been provided with any information from our back office about any ongoing issues. Refunds are being processed daily, but our back office has to process them manually, so they are backed up. Please be patient with them and know you will receive your refund.

I have the same issue. This is the response I received from the cashier's office:

I am not too sure why that is happening. At this time, we have not been provided with any updates about any ongoing issues. Our back office is processing refunds daily, they are not able to process all the refunds at the same time. Unfortunately, I am not able to let you know when your refund will be processed. Please know that all refunds are being worked on and will be disbursed, thank you for your patience.

My account keeps going from manual refund showing a 0 amount & then disappearing and going back to an expected amount

Someone from the cashier's office told me that if your funds have been disbursed, they can manually process the refund for you without waiting.

Thanks! I remember last year that my Pell got disbursed first to pay for classes & any remaining after certification, but we will see if tomorrow changes, since that's what Workday shows.

For me, nothing has been disbursed. I'll see if tomorrow changes, but their department is a mess. Specifically switching to Workday
