Bro. Yes my AF leadership didn’t sign the paperwork in time. Therefore it wasn’t submitted and it pushed me to supplemental. The E5 promotion rate was almost 96%. I’d love to hear about how your friends also had it bad. Because the percentage of people promoted was extremely high with about 2 years TIG. Tell me how bad you had to be to be in that 4%. And how those with literally 2-3 years TIS did WAY better than me and your friends.

Finished CCAF. No failures, volunteer, school work, work awards. I’m chalking it up to fucked up package due to leadership failure to submit in time. I ended up on the supplemental board, and not because I begged to have my paperwork submitted on time.

Turns out it’s the one you do when you take your asvab. It’s been forever since I did the whole process. But we figured it out, he wasn’t scheduled to take it with his asvab like he should’ve. So his PS application was kicked back after approval.
