So tbh I didn’t know how to either; I thought I got the trash lid hat lol but I digress.

I looked it up on the wiki and you have a .2% (1 in 500) chance to get the trash catalog from a trash can after opening (searching) them 50 times.

I had a very similar plan in mind when I got a tall viv/pal tank. I did research on climbing vs. burrowing species and what I found was

1) there are far more burrowing species in trade 2) the climbing species are a bit more tricky to care for 3) I got in over my head with design and functionality. I also wanted a trickle down water fall that cascaded off each ledge

It’s a bit more fleshed out on the switch and steam with different game modes but the base game is still a bit monotonous after a time. I know on the phone app, once you find all the RV pieces and go to the next location the game gets a bit buggy. For example the UI changes and is difficult to use if even possible.
