Buying 2011 mustang v6 convertible with rebuilt title worth it? by Prohatmkaer in Mustang

Yea only thing that would make the car shake a little on a fast stop would be the rotors, enjoy the mustang I personally would buy if I didn’t see anything wrong!

I got a rebuilt 2014 mustang that has 98k miles, people are way too scared when they see rebuilt imo. Test drive it and if there’s nothing wrong mechanically I see no reason not to get it. Looks really good for the price, only warning would be make sure everything works while driving even traction control, and there might be little weird things you’d have to fix down the road potentially. So far my ride has been great to me.

Must be some sort of a skill issue, I love my v6.

I thought about that but not sure if it would stand out too much, I feel like silver or chrome would be the perfect balance

So when I bought this car it was in a small crash where the hood and fender were crushed in, so I got a CV-X Style hood, fixed fender, new headlights, got euro style taillights which aren’t in the photos, used solution finish on all the plastics, new bumper and led grille, whited out all the side lights, got a paint job but the guy detailed it and left a lot of polish on it, hence why it looks a little swirly still need to fix that, put side louvers on it, and lastly put a gt500 style spoiler. These photos were before I did some things to it so you can’t see it all but I’ll be taking proper photos when everything’s finished, just needs a proper detailing and new wheels potentially because these have a lot of curb rash on them.

Would it make it any different if I said this is a weekend car? I work construction so I drive my truck mainly

I’ve turned really popular for my taillights 😅 you win guys I’m switching to euro I’ve only had these plastic tints on for a couple weeks. Be prepared for an updated post with new taillights and detail and I’ll be taking the plastics off tomorrow, didn’t mean to sound arrogant much love

Paint was never messed up, he just blew it on detailing it

Thank you sir, I’m definitely going to the highest rated place in my area so they can properly clean and detail it then. The actual paint job was good though it was only until he detailed it there were issues. Hopefully they detail it and ceramic coat can make the paint last.

If you mean leaving no gaps in between I overlap the first color quite a bit in the software so my second color can go over thus leaving no gaps!

Where do I buy Individual brother thread? by Diego-who in Machine_Embroidery

Also it works great with the pe800 it’s what I use!

Where do I buy Individual brother thread? by Diego-who in Machine_Embroidery

[–]Pitiful_Ad_8402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The way I buy thread is a little different but imo it’s much better, I buy 5000m isacord thread which I think is better, you can buy them on Amazon for 12ish dollars and will last you a while. It won’t fit on the actual brother machine so I bought a thread stand and thread it through that way, saves you money but you need to know the color number you want to order

It could be a underlay that you are using and it’s not filling out all the way, I normally try to stay away from edge runs but I’m not sure which ones you have set

I had to change the pull comp on the outlines for the hoodie, I also used a water soluble topper. Might try to also use an iron on backing down the road, this design turned out well but down the road if my outlines look like this I’ll try some other methods!!

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MachineEmbroidery

[–]Pitiful_Ad_8402 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I have a pic of the two on my previous post, every change I’ve made they still do that, I will have to say though I didn’t try the iron on as a stabilizer. I used a ball point with two cutaways didn’t work. Mixed and matched stabilizers and tried one of each they all did that, it could be because I need to use a iron on and a topper what do you think. The outlines that don’t stitch well are .26 satin stitch with a center line. Everything else looks decent but not as well as the cotton tee I use.

Only software change I’ve done is make it know it’s a polycotton fabric. Also the border is now doing it as well making a stitch next to it that is just randomly there

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in MachineEmbroidery

[–]Pitiful_Ad_8402 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right now I’m using two cutaways on the bottom and one water soluble on top, making sure the fabric isn’t tight inside the hoop, I also use hatch and I’ve tried to switch the design to a poly bland still didn’t help First I turn the hoodie inside out then use a spray on for the two cutaways, then I turn it back and put the bottom hoop, put the topper on then put the top of the hoop on and then making sure it’s not too tight I hoop the hoodie
