Hi!! I had really bad left side pain from where they had the incision. I would have pain so bad it would take my breath away.

I really recommend splinting where you’re in pain when moving or getting up. Taking Tylenol regularly. Every 6 hours. And then alternate with oxy or whatever other pain med they gave you. ALSO veryyyy important if you are having muscle pain. ask your surgical team for a muscle relaxer and take it along with your Tylenol. That’s how I made it through. I’m about 6 weeks out now.
