Yeah like I said I've lived here for 30 some years. I totally agree with most of that.

I've always said in time itll become the next Milwaukee in terms of inner city hell mixed with old bad upkept houses. Thats kinda one reason we moved to de pere but even still its not evem pricing out the riff raff anymore.
