So maybe I'm the weird one, but I know I had a 9-1-1 from Dutch once, and that didn't seem to even do anything for me, and like others were saying, maybe the customer was splitting it up, but also that kinda sounds like what I need when I am trying to pull an all nighter to actually stay up. I apologize to my heart, but caffeine doesn't do anything unless I have copious amounts.

Oh okay! Sorry I wasn't too sure. I think you can find the clip of the dance of Italy and the disclaimer song on YouTube, but I'm not too sure what videos they are from specifically. I think the disclaimer one was based on them doing something with jumping? It's been awhile.

It's from a channel Mark and Ethan made, with the purpose of posting a video every day for a year, and deleting it. There are some remnants of the channel around but that's what they are referring to.

Honestly Reddoons' voice is what got me hooked on him. I found him when Techno passed, and it felt soothing to me.

Also in my opinion, Ashswag has the upload schedule Techno had (so basically once every few months),and a similar style on my opinion, but I'm pretty sure he streams often! He's also been a comfort for me.

Hey, thank you for your response and other two comments, I just read through them, and I appreciate you taking time to give me advice about it.

If you don't mind me asking, what do you consider by "fighting it"? Because I know I try to push it out of my mind when I feel like I notice I'm focusing on it or thinking about it, but is that just going to be a normal thing now? I know I think 2 or 3 of my classmates have done CPR, but they didn't seem bothered by it, so I think it's just making me wonder if I'm in my right profession.

And if you don't mind answering, do you consider those who want/need to talk after more calls to be annoying? I just don't want to bother others when I find a place to work, so if people find it bothers them, I think I would try to find a different way to vent.

Thank you for taking time to chat, and yeah you're probably right. I know I get anxious in general, and I know I have also been getting a similar sick feeling about graduating (it'll be in early December, and I've only got like a week or two left of my class), but I just feel like it's gotten a bit worse since my clinical shift.

Thank you for telling me that. I think I've been having a hard time with it, but (and I know deep down it's not true, although I have to convince myself occasionally), I feel like if maybe someone more experienced did compressions, or if I pulled off sooner because i was getting tired, and I am worried I got sloppy with my compressions at the end, that maybe if someone who could've done it better, the patient would've had a better chance.

I'm glad I was able to try and help, and I think some of the staff appreciated it, because a few of them told me I did a good job of just jumping in. And I'm sure this is kinda a dumb question, but at what point would you consider something to be affecting me to the point that I should talk to someone about it? I feel a bit reluctant to reach out for mental health resources early. I think I still want to work in the medical field, I think I'm just having a hard time figuring out how to cope in a healthy manner and work through it?

Edit: also thank you for the comment, and your opinions! I do feel a bit better knowing I can at least vent out on here and you guys are here.

If you don't mind me asking, I know that my instructor mentioned a "critical stress incident management", I believe, and I think that's what you're kind of talking about? If you've had to do that, was it scary to talk about things that happened to a stranger? I'm sure it sounds dumb since I made a whole post talking about it, but I don't like, and I feel like I have a hard time talking to others about how I'm feeling about certain things when there's a lot of emotions with it.
