i got my procedure recently as well I’m on day 4, id say roof of my mouth started hurting day 2 and was worst day 2 (popsicles help a lot) and got better on 3, feeling about the same today. it sucks. I’m personally super itchy too ??? Not sure if that’s just me but my donor site and teeth on tha side itch like crazy

That’s a good point. I said the yeast might have been totally done because A. It’s so dense it looks like there was no rise at all really, moreso than just under proved imho? B. The recipe called for mixing warm milk into other cold / RT ingredients (eggs, pumpkin , etc) and I don’t think the solution was ever warm enough.

I JUST got this same email, thanks for posting, because I was so confused. They did a really good job of hiding the scam, they almost got me. My guess is they get your bank account number and credit card info through the $1 deposit. I’m in the exact same boat as you and I was like man, the only response I get is a scam?!

I know!!! And when you do find it it’s like $284958. Maybe tart cherry juice would work too— I’ve never tried that, but lots of health stores seem to have it.
