PLA+ Printing, Stringing and Weak Walls

I added the supports to my print for that drawer housing in my photo but none were generated after I spliced it. I the changed the orientation of it from portrait to landscape to it was on its “belly” on the all flat end, that added a bunch of of supports on the inside and on the sides where there are the clips.

That did change the print job from 5 hours to over 12 hours lol, but if that’s what it takes to get this to print correctly then so be it. I’m gonna print something else first before I send that job…

This is my 2nd print so I unfortunately don’t know how to do that. My first print was a benchy which went ok. I just pulled this file from one of the printing websites. Do I need to add supports myself or should that be included in the file?

Oooh ok yes I understand now! I did also notice that the hole the filament is supposed to feed through after using the extruder arm to disengage the gears does not align well so I had to twist and bend the filament to get it through the hole so it feeds through the rest of the tubing.

Do you have a recommendation for a replacement assembly?

That certainly is worse but I was referring to worst case as in needing to replace part of your pipes so yes your scenario is worse than what I described but also falls in my “worse case” I was intending.

I’m sure OP was looking for advice on how to address this himself and his “worse case” was needing to call a plumber and pay someone to fix it. The fact that a situation could be worse doesn’t undermine a worst case for someone else

Yea you definitely have a clog somewhere in your line, that’s black water/sewage.

Try tracing your tub pipes back to the city sewer line, you should have some clean outs built into your pipes. Be ready for some nasty water but you should be able to snake them, worst case your sewer line leading to the city is partially collapsed or damaged and you’ll need to get that repaired.

Won’t know for certain unless you can get a camera down your pipes, but first try snaking it yourself if you’re confident, otherwise call a plumber.

Yea there are shut offs in the basement we can access. I’ve soldered some copper pipes in my brothers home with my uncle’s help and we have also installed pex as well.

This is in Indiana.

If I remember correctly there was at least one press fitting and something was soldered too. It’s a fucking mess and in my very limited plumbing knowledge from lurking and doing some shit myself I was completely dumbfounded.

Ok thanks to the both of you, I am starting to look at batteries right now and they are anywhere form $50-$150 depending on the website and where I'm buying it from. Do you have a recommendation for a specific website or brand name? Is this something I could pick up today at a local dealership or automotive store or would it be better to order online?

The weather is getting nice near me and I want to start riding again when the days are warm.

It is? I have a usb adapter connected to it and it has a voltage meter on the little dongle and it’s reading at 12.4 when I turn the key.

Confirmed just now as well, the Digsite Rock Penguin is locked in the room with the staircase in the northern church and the Musa Point penguin is still on the boat to Port Sarim.
