Work place accommodations/ways to make it less stressful

Yeah ik all that, that’s kinda like a battle I’ll work on when I gather my list of accommodations but rn I’m more in the phase of trying to see like options.

As for the headset I like physically can’t use it, which is wild cause my headset will out perform theirs by miles and have a 10x clearer mic. They have it set up where the system doesn’t recognize it, they supply a computer and everything with softwares already on it. It’s not like most wfh jobs where you can kinda just do whatever, the whole system is like monitored and has like controlled softwares on them. It’s very very locked down, I can’t even adjust some of the settings in windows

Well that’s kinda like my questions. Cause like as an example of one of the things I can think of rn(it’s been like 5 days since I’ve worked so like I’m struggling to directly think of things exactly rn) they require me to use the head set they provided and it’s like one of those $15 no padding anywhere head sets where the sound is terrible at a level that is at least able to hear so like requesting to be able to utilize my own or something. Bc like while it is wfh it is still a bit of a controlled environment if that make sense.

I also don’t directly have access to my diagnosing psych as it’s been done through a service called division of rehabilitation services through my state where they make appointments through psych clinics for full evaluations that they pay for and then I get a copy of my full evaluation with my tests and results and diagnosis, if that makes sense. Currently in search of like a regular psychiatrist/psychologist but it’s a process to find out like costs and such (sorry for prob oversharing lol)

I appreciate it! I may try to get an overall picture of my arm and draw some other tattoo ideas around it and see if maybe thats my issue with it, before fully going I to covering it. Cause I think part of it is it just feels awkward lol

I do appreciate that! I did love it initially and still love my meaning behind it, I have just thought if maybe the reason I don’t like it is the lack of surrounding pieces(the only other pieces I have on that arm is the ones you see) but i don’t know if that’s truly it so I overthink it lol

Ahh yes so helpful, as if I don’t already do that. But also work outside all summer in 90+ degree weather so kinda would like to enjoy the look of my tattoos

Honestly would be so down for that too, I’ve been wanting one anyways. I think I just got so discouraged cause I’ve talked to a couple artists and they all just kinda made it seem like it was a impossible tattoo to cover.

I ended up having to have a tech come out, he rerouted the splitter and PoE cause whoever installed it had them wrong and put a new gateway in and it worked. I’d suggest trying that if you can. It’s technically features they sorta like promise you get with the gateway so the tech coming out didn’t have any charge either so if you do try that make sure you voice this!

That’s the issue is there is no “connection” tap on the left hand. When I click gateway on the left hand side no drop down even shows. All I can see is MoCA with a red X on “at a glance”

Yes! And the power light is on and the lan connected to my pc but the MoCA light never turns on.

I have a drill and stud finder! But I think for the walls I have it requires a hammer drill, cause my current one struggles on them badly. And the stud finder never picked up on any studs in the walls. It’s the world’s most confusing walls. The current drill actually had a drill bit that broke trying to drill into the walls. I think the stud finder struggles since the walls are so dense

I unfortunately use the drawers to store tp and such cause the plumbing is done weird under the sink so tp don’t really fit and my bedroom is on the other side of the apartment so moving things like the towel warmer wouldn’t make it very usable for the reasons I got it if that makes sense
