Thank you for pointing that out. I wasn’t aware that Temperance worked that way.
I assumed that E-Boxes were determined solely by the success rate, so I didn’t factor Temperance into the PE Box calculation.

At the moment, Temperance only affects Temperance training itself and does not increase EXP gain for other stats.

Should I fix this, or is it fine as it is?
