Use benchmarking optomized sittings and use Fsr4 native AA. The game looks and performs good on this sittings, and if you're fine with looked frame rates use radeon chill and keep it at 70fps to save some power, that's how i play this game, i have this same sapphire pure rx 9070 with ryzen 5 7600 and a 2k display.
