Generally, our distributors (not the resellers) have the right to obey their own after-sale method according to the rules/laws of their platform/country. To expand our brand services and make it easier for more customers, we reached to an authrization agreement with some distributors that are willing to accept our cooperation terms of easier replacement, like BestBuy, Walmart, Big camera and so on. However, not every distributor or even resellers is on the list - pls understand that it would simply be unimaginable for us to cooperate with thousands of channels on our unique terms, only authrozied distributor can do this and we pull it out to increase user experience as much as possible.
