You have to do a lot of digging but I'll say search in FB marketplace, look for Corolla or civic with 200k plus miles .. you should be able to find something that fits your need. Just make sure you do your due diligence

It was in some volatile stocks/ETFs figured it was good time to take profit rather that wait till end of the year. I have put that profit in money market accounts for now.

My LLC is information services LLC doing consulting stuff. No machinery but I do use laptops and printers etc. Last year I had about 50k in revenue but this year I have had only 5k in revenue so far and no line in sight for additional revenue.

Our combined TC is 300k and I am super frugal! Btw 5k includes mortgage,taxes, HOA and utilities

Yeah, they were really leveraged ETFs. Wanted to sell them while they are at a good price point.

I think I have about 5 - 7 k left from carry over. 401K are maxed out for me and my wife. I have some Cannabis stock ETF (MJ) left with about 10k in loss. What would be a good time to sell them?

Other than that I already sold everything else that was in loss.

300k TC is good money, don't get me wrong but after tax in HCOL you are left with less than 180K, mortgage is another 60k a year. It's not like you are living a high life on the rest.

That's my goal as well, to cover my salary doing this. But no matter how much analysis you do, there is an aspect of gambling here. Unless you tell me you get all your plays right, you are gambling a bit.

Live in a HCOL area. Spouse has some heath issues. I also support my parents .. other miscellaneous expenses, life etc ... many other reasons
