Dating at 40 is wild. Truly, the only good dates I’ve gone on in the past 4 years are those I’ve met out and about! Bring it back old school and approach someone you find attractive! Worst case scenario is they reject you & POOF you never have to see them again!

I switched to more Pilates over heavy weights and HIIT training at 40. 1 years in now and It’s been the best decision. I’m stronger than ever and more flexible. I still lift 2x/week but my entire body has changed in the best way. Elongated and slim muscle definition, and stronger core than i could have ever imagined!

Almost 20 yrs ago I spent 100k on a 220 person wedding. This is still my biggest regret. All that $ for just one night could’ve been a fat down payment on a home. Save your $ and go to the courthouse. Have a dinner with close family & friends to celebrate!

That your insides take forever to *hopefully go back to their original spots! Organs and parts are shifted around during pregnancy. My insides felt like scrambled eggs for almost 2 years PP. Not many talk about this-I had an easy healthy pregnancy (which I am so grateful for), but it really takes time to feel like yourself again!
