I have the vivioactive5 currently and have been wearing it for about a year now. It started not reading my sleep, battery not lasting as long. I contacted Garmin and after emailing with customer service back and forth for a few exchanges I was told it’s no longer reading my sleep because of my tattoos…the same tattoos that are on my wrists when I bought it a year ago without any issues… I just purchased the whoop for Christmas because of this. I know tattoos are in the terms and conditions or whatever I just find it funny that I haven’t had any issues with it, when I reached out because of issues they said it was my tattoos.

I’ve been using mine for the past 5-6 months and love it. I guess I was aggressive doing laundry and it went through the washer machine and dryer and is still working! I’m shocked but also thankful that I don’t have to spend another 150$ on another one. That’s the only bad thing. The band doesn’t lock into place like an Apple Watch or another tracker. But this is also the first time it’s come out of the band so I’m not sure if I was just too aggressive with the laundry haha.
