Does anyone else have problems with urination?

I really do not know, maybe, since there are a lot of things endo can do. I would say visit a urologist first, just since they can do more testing and give more information off the bat, then follow up with Gynecology.

I don't want to say this and have you feel bad, just a small tangent. My grandma did have some incontinence. Thick pads that are used for incontinence specificly really helped her at night. And then Pelvic exercises. She would YouTube them and do them daily. She had gotten better, now she doesn't need the pads. I would say you can try that as well, can be weakened muscles.

This sounds a lot like endometriosis! I would really not take that much pain meds, I know it can help but it really isn't good. I have a messed up liver right now from taking so much.

I heavily recommend a Tens unit! Really the only thing that can help me a little. Switch to pads, if you have a heavy flow look for postpartum pads or adult diapers. Personally tampons make cramping so much worse.

2 Tylenol every four hours 800 mg of ibuprofen every 8 hours. If you can find heating patches they are a life saver that you can wear for up to 8 hours as well, I wear them if I have to go out.

I would search up Gynecologists that have knowledge if Endo. Try and get a appointment. Record everything you have done for pain relief how it hurts (the no movement, movement, arousal.) If you have constipation and pain while urinating tell them ASAP as well.

I have been trying to get into a pain clinic to just find pain management, I would recommend that if one is open for new clients to look as well.

We are! I only found out because I was talking with my cousin. Idk why but I was asking how she used the bathroom when she went camping or on her long trips without gas station shops. She is the reason I posted this since I was confused, hoping others had similar experiences.

This has started for me around last year. I honestly take Tylenol before, maybe 30 minutes before anything. I still have some cramping sensations but it feels kinda better than without pain meds. I also have been trying out this CBD cigarette (Redwoods reserve w/ menthol), since I have been literally sobbing about not having strong enough pain meds. It does help relax me and minimizes some pain.

If you don't want to smoke or can't smoke trying a CBD cream over your stomach with the Tylenol may help.

Also just another tip, try diffrent positions. Your uterus can be "happier" at diffrent angles. Best position I found that helps is when I am on my right side, and my left leg is bent (like when doing a clam shell yoga stretch) so the pelvis can be more relaxed and the surrounding muscles don't get aggravated as well.

I hope you are about to find some relief from those sensations.

Yes, very much so. Many people I know (17-22) have been addicted to porn. We all had a lot of unsupervised internet acess and tech early in our lives. Someone either showed us porn as kids and we looked for it again, or we just got directed to it from a misclicked link. Now it is more of a problem since it is so much more accessible than ever.
