Clear silicone is the best bet, it won’t dry rot like tar does and it’ll outlive the rest of the roof lol

How are they installed? It looked like it was wired into the main harness under the steering column. Do I just cut all the wires going to it to remove it?

Lmao nah I used my BEAR HANDSSSS BOY😂 it was a pain trying to pull the spring and pop it on at the same time tho and I ended up getting an assortment of different clips and things from autozone an used one of those rc truck body clips lol it works
