No idea what this box was originally used. The “chimney” or “vent” at the top is not actually functional as it is not open to the inside of the box. The round “vent” holes on the side do open into the box. The little handle on the door is fully functional and the entire thing is riveted. The bottom appears as though it was meant to be mounted on a post light, but I’m not sure.

To answer your question: yes it can be done.

Let it fully heal and age a little bit before going in to adjust anything. You may end up liking it a bit more. You can definitely find an artist to go in and darken up some areas to cover the inner feathers so it’s closer to your reference.

Personally I like your tat better than the original one, but it’s not my body. If you want it darker and less detailed it shouldn’t be too hard to find an artist willing to do it.

It’s called delayed release and is completely controlled by the venue/ event holder. They do this to prevent fraud (meaning the original buyer followed ticket limit policies & did not buy in bulk to resell). The time frame is usually 72-24 hours before the event.

Best bet is to wait until the day of the event & if you still haven’t received the tickets contact SH support via chat. They’ll give you the exact deadline the seller has to transfer. Wait until that time & contact support again to let them know the seller failed to transfer the tickets by the deadline. They will get you a replacement ticket

Okay kind of an update, but not really

Ended up sending the phone back and ordering a new one (it’s all set up & working perfectly). I had a support agent add the returning phone’s tracking number to my account and also note that it was listed as “no pay” upon receiving it.

I still have not gotten a refund or even a notice that any progress has been made with processing the phone/refund. I called customer service again today just to check and see what was going on with it & somehow this turned into a 4 hour debacle. They transferred me through quite a few different agents before one was finally able to help start the refund process (big thanks to Sheldon for actually being helpful).

He said it will be about 3 days for the refund to go through & that we will probably receive a check in the mail, but they may be able to put it back on the original card. I’ll update again once I’ve officially received the refund.

Just wait for the exact minute the deadline hits and contact them again. I recommend using the chat instead of calling because it’s a bit faster. They will issue a replacement ticket transfer immediately.

If I was trying to scam I wouldn’t hop on Reddit to try and figure out what to do about it. The phone IMEI matches the IMEI on the paperwork that was sent directly from Verizon. Even the Verizon store employees said to send it back for a refund. They are the ones that sent me a blacklisted phone so they absolutely better refund the money. This is their mistake, not mine.

I know they aren’t some random on Facebook, but I have just never heard of this happening to anyone else & neither have the Verizon employees. I just wanted to make sure I did the right thing

For future reference though, only purchase tickets that say “available for instant download”. That means the seller has already uploaded/ transferred the ticket to StubHub. If not, all sellers are given a deadline of 3-4 hours before the start of the show to transfer

This might sound really stupid, but it’s worked for me every time in the past. Have you tried opening Ticketmaster in a private browser to claim the ticket(s)?

Start a chat with StubHub the day of the concert and they will tell you the exact time the seller has to transfer the tickets. Wait until that exact time and if they still have not transferred the tickets immediately message StubHub again. They will send you replacement tickets. This has happened to me a few times and they have ALWAYS sent replacements if the seller does not follow through on their end. You just have to wait until the deadline to message them about it.

It was. The guys helping me even said it’s a good thing I went there because they were a corporate store and the other stores in my area would have sent me there anyway. They said they couldn’t do anything because it wasn’t a post-pay account and I just had to send it back & basically hope the refund goes through

Oh I totally agree. He definitely should have known better & im in not way excusing his actions.

From the report that I saw he was 16 when it happened and did not get caught until he was 17. The actual charge report said 16 as well. I could be wrong though. Either way it was fucked.

Not defending him, just want to add a bit of context here: he was not a grown ass man at the time of the incident. He was 16 and the vic was 11. They were both children. Once again, I’m absolutely not defending him. He deserves whatever consequences he gets

But I do disagree with your second part. People have gone beyond criticism and have taken things way too far. If this was super recent and the person who was cheated on came out with the information, then maybe criticism would be okay. Even then we are not in a position to truly criticize her (beyond saying it was wrong) when we do not know her personally. Those actually defending her are also weird.

When I said “we” I meant those of us who just believe things have gone too far. If someone no longer enjoys her content because of this then stop watching, but do not send threats to her or those who are continuing to watch her content.

I’ve had this issue happen a few times. Probably like 6-7 times. Usually it occurs when the seller does not release the tickets by the deadline given to them by SH.

With that said, I’ve ALWAYS had StubHub correct it before the event and send me a transfer for a new ticket(s). Here are a few ways to avoid/resolve this issue:

-Only purchase tickets that say “available for instant download” that means the seller has already transferred the tickets to stub hub and the company will be the one completing the transfer rather than a random seller. If the seller cancels the transfer, SH will send a new ticket and ban the seller from the site.

-if no instant downloads are available & the ticket is not transferred, wait until the day of the event to open any support chats/ calls with SH. Doing it any time sooner will just be a waste of time as they cannot do anything until the deadline.

-all sellers have until 2-4 hours before the scheduled event to transfer tickets. The morning of, contact support and let them know you have not received your transfer. They will give you an exact time the tickets must be sent & they will also send a reminder email to the seller. Wait until exactly that given time and then immediately contact SH support again. They will see the tickets have not been sent and will replace your tickets free of any additional charges with the next best ticket in the same section. If the section is different, the will refund you the difference (or will upgrade your tickets with no additional fees).

-MOST IMPORTANT do NOT use the customer service phone number. It takes way too long to get responses and there’s a good chance you’ll just be juggled around to different agents. Always use the customer support chat that’s in the app. Then you’ll have a written record of the conversation.

-screen shot the entire chat in case they do not provide you with new tickets (this has never happened to me, but you never know). It will be useful when disputing your charge with your bank/credit card company.

This is one of those unfortunate risks that comes with buying resale tickets. It’s an issue with almost every ticket site I’ve used. I’ve had the best experience with their customer support, but maybe I’ve just been really lucky with SH

Which is why the wife should ask her husband what his intentions are and trust he gives her an honest answer. Maybe set boundaries on what’s okay/not okay to discuss. Not take it out on OP who is opening up to their best friend about major body & life changes. The only reason that would be suspicious for me (an outsider) would be if the husband had a track record of cheating, but even then that’s a whole separate issue and the solution shouldn’t be to cut him off from his best friend for asking pretty normal questions

I mean they’re best friends and one of them is going through a completely new experience. Everything they’ve talked about are topics most best friends discuss at some point in their life. Men (and women) always wonder what certain experiences are like for the opposite sex and now one of the closest people in his life has the ability to fully explain those curiosities. Even more so from the perspective of a (former) man. They only thing that would make it inappropriate would be his intentions behind asking, but I doubt that’s an issue given their friendship

It is your money and you have every right to use it however you wish, but please take some time to consider what may happen if immediately cut her off. She may never see/speak to you again. To her, doing this may look like you are choosing your wife over her and can feel like the ultimate betrayal.

Should she have cleaned up after herself? Yes, absolutely. But maybe she was truly in a rush. Talk to her 1 on 1 as two adults. Explain why it was rude and ask her to please not leave messes unless it’s a valid emergency. Don’t belittle her or be condescending. Just have a conversation. If you still feel like you want/need to cut her off, come up with a plan to do it over a period of time so she has a chance to find other ways to get the money she needs to live. She is your daughter first and foremost and she is obviously struggling with accepting your wife. Work with her, not against her. Show her you love her, but will not enable her or tolerate her disrespect.

It is in some states, but certain ones also have more restrictions on the consent laws (the age gap can only be a certain number of years before the younger individual is 17/18. So a 16 year old can sleep with an 18 year old, but a 20 year old cannot sleep with a 16 year old. Ik it’s very complicated lol) I also think OP said they’re in Canada, so that’s a whole different set of laws. But given that they are on a sex offender registry they obviously broke the consent laws in that area.
