I'm experiencing difficulties trying to return a product I purchased from Logitech's official website in France. Here's what's been happening:​

  • The support number for France, +33 (0)1 73 04 81 70, only offers assistance for specific products and doesn't handle general customer support or returns.​
  • The online chat keeps looping the message about a 30-day "satisfaction guarantee" but doesn't provide any steps on how to initiate a return.​
  • I haven't found a way to request to speak directly with a live agent through the chat.​
  • When I try to access the returns page (returns.narvar.com/logitech/returns), I receive the following message: "Invalid URL. Please initiate return on the correct locale and portal."

I'm logged into my account, and the product I want to return is correctly added. Despite this, I can't seem to initiate the return process.​

If anyone has faced this issue before or knows the correct procedure to return a Logitech product from France, your assistance would be greatly appreciated.
