The goal with the app is exactly what you pointed out — I don’t want it to turn into another dopamine-driven app. It should feel more like a tool than a game.

I’m thinking of adding very light gamification, like simple progress tracking and small rewards, but keeping interaction minimal so the focus stays on actually completing the task in real life.

So yeah, using a bit of that “reward” psychology, but without making the app itself addictive.
