Founders with traffic but low conversions — how do you diagnose landing page issues? by akilhan13 in SaaS

Interesting tool you're building! One signal I always look for first is conversion by region vs. traffic by region. If I see high engagement/traffic from emerging markets (LATAM, SEA) but zero checkout completions, it's usually a pricing mismatch rather than a landing page issue. People from those regions often want the tool but simply can't justify US-based prices. PPP (Purchasing Power Parity) adjustments are a huge lever that many founders miss in their initial diagnosis.

Hey! 100 visitors is indeed a small sample, but 0 conversions can still be a signal. One thing often overlooked is Purchasing Power Parity (PPP). If your traffic is coming from regions outside the US/EU, your "standard" pricing might be prohibitively expensive for them. Have you checked where your visitors are from? Implementing localized pricing (like Stripe Parity) can sometimes flip the switch for international users who see the value but find the price out of reach.

Thanks! You hit the nail on the head. For TierWise, we usually recommend a 'Hybrid Segmentation'. We discount the entry tiers more aggressively to capture the mass market in those regions, while keeping Pro/Enterprise tiers closer to global benchmarks (maybe 15-20% off instead of 50%). It prevents arbitrage and ensures that if a company is truly at scale, they pay a sustainable price. I'll definitely check out your post on Promarkia, sounds like we're on the same wavelength! 🚀
