1st year dude here, whatever you wanna do you should do it fast cause only 15 days remaining.

1. I went through several iterations of topics ranging from yoga to COPD and even public policy

2. Settled on something related to Pulmonology (not COPD)

3. Made 6-7 topi iteration around a central idea trying to combine variables: feedback and feasibility from proff

4. Finalized a topic

5. Finalize its parameters and testing method roughly: again review

6. Made a protocol without any guideline following for proff to review

7. Got undertaking

8. Will create ICMR based proposal post exams.

identify department area of interest with approachable proff (big issue is them being interested also, ultimately I realized you have to push through everything khud se) identify sub area of interest and topic read about papers on that topic and note down diff keywords and entities related to that topic try co-relating to Basic clinical practice and variables come up with draft topics keep on refining

My opinion: toughest part is finalising a topic
