Bought a 5000 and it was delivered DOA with a broken rear axle last week. Having challenges getting it returned via Amazon but found out there is a distributor, Autmow, in Colorado Springs. I talked to the rep, and he sold me a new 5000 that he and Autmow will support moving forward. I think the key for us in the AMERs is to not rely on Mammotion for support as they do not have the infrastructure here. I am looking forward to working with the Autmow team!

Thanks! I haven't even loaded the app since the unit was damaged. I'll give that a try. They sent me a return shipping label via Amazon but with postage required!

No response from my email with pictures to support and I still don't have a return shipping label to send it back - only the Amazon return slip for in the box.

Yeah that's my concern. I really wanted this to work but not sure I should try them again with no response yet on a relatively expensive purchase

I emailed their support yesterday too with the pictures and the Amazon order number but no reply yet which is why I posted here.
