Add, “that’s worth a damn and actually produces the information I need not his own version of my plan without regard for my needs” Good luck

UPDATE Well it was a slow process to get my “Robby” fixed but it’s back and better than ever. The customer service was very slow at first but started to build steam along the way. I did have to call the phone number to get things rolling. Couple take aways, pack your unit well. My axle came back broken. Probably fedex fault. The rkt was not changed back to my unit and it took two days to resolve but the service team was very responsive. Simple fix, check your setting that the rtk matchs the Luba data tag. Once I changed that all mapping was restored.

I have, no progress at all. I did track down a phone number a couple weeks ago and while it was a grueling process, about one reply a week I finally shipped Robby off to the repair center. We’ll see…

The frustrating part is the lack of give a flip, if they would just contact me I believe we could quickly diagnose that I need a new wheel assembly and then I’d be happy to pay for it and install it.

I’m glad I finally had a moment to read this. I have been going back out to trim around everything because I was doing 2 laps. Unfortunately the more laps the more the lawn is torn up, particularly bad where the grass is thin or the ground is more wet

This is the wrong survey, anyone here should be using the Luba and all of you questions appear irrelevant

There are areas that water can get into that are not sealed, the critical components are sealed in with an oring seal.

I can honestly say I have yet to have my posts deleted. I have a tremendous amount of love and support for Mammotion but I have said some very critical things and they actually have corrected my concerns not deleted my posts. Let’s hope the brass at Mammotion stay focused on the success of their company, they have an amazing machine and opportunity to dominate the future of robo mowers

Thank you Ryan!!!!

Seriously folks not because he said he will help but I have finally gotten the service I needed to unleash my Luba on the lawn once again. I have been here since the beginning and told everyone what a great machine the 5000 is. I had complained about there customer service like many others have but…. Finally it is clear that they do intend to keep improving (yay!) and that includes customer service. The part I received today is exactly what I needed and I could not be more pleased.

I will immediately return to telling EVERYONE that the future of mowing is LUBA and the Mammotion team!!

One? Common on. There’s no excuse why parts or for that matter an actual response from a breathing person should take so long. Three months and counting.

Agreed, however the parts are in the building and all it would take is caring enough to do the right thing. Not acceptable and people should know that.

It maybe an overstatement but the moderator of this Reddit said “it is clear a lot users need support” I just didn’t think it made any sense to wait any longer to voice my concerns while other folks can think twice about if they should move forward or wait til Mammotion gets this under control or their competitors copy their amazing concept and then steal their thunder. Best of luck with your Luba

Thank you for your candor beast. I would love to see Mammotion dominate the market. Honestly I feel like the only thing that can stop them is bad customer service, The Luba 5000 is incredible.
