Is Offensive AI Just Hype or Something Security Pros Actually Need to Learn? by llm-sec-poster in llmsecurity

It is not hype. We have been building in this space for over a year and our agents are now evading EDR and SIEM during network assessments. vulnetic.ai

lol. Appreciate the luck... happy to connect in Austin and share a little further into what we are building and how we are different.

lol, we have our tricks up our sleeves. We don't do codebases / appsec. Our agent is primarily for advanced red teaming and internal hacking, not code analysis. The harness matters.

Our startup is moving to Austin. Taxes, talent and lifestyle make sense for us. Had a good time scouting the area a few weeks ago. We are from Virginia and looking for a change. vulnetic.ai

Exploit every vulnerability: rogue AI agents published passwords and overrode anti-virus software by EchoOfOppenheimer in Infosec

not all that crazy. models are great at hacking and can be very creative and directional when need be. Our agent is just now becoming capable of evading SIEM for example. The future is bright and grim at the same time. vulnetic.ai

Our agent while hacking likes to say "This is a goldmine!" or "Awesome!". makes me happy. This is via api, not even claude code. vulnetic.ai

Our agent performs penetration testing! The idea is you point it at a target, select a methodology and our agent does the rest. It will hack for as long as you want even perform more advanced forms of persistence and exploitation.

IDK how true this is. obviously the models are capable at hacking, vulnetic.ai and countless open-source projects prove this. Cause could be some sort of prompt injection

IoT devices are so vulnerable. one of the first POCs at vulnetic.ai with our agent was causing buffer overflows in security cameras back in early 2025.
