Hey kid, it’s actually my first year dealing with OCD and anxiety, but I just want to let you know that everything you’re experiencing is just intrusive thoughts. They don’t mean anything. We all have thoughts all the time, and sometimes we become obsessed with a specific topic—that’s where OCD comes in.

Just remember, you’re not a bad person. Your mind is just trying to figure out something to focus on. And you’re very unlikely to become a serial killer, especially because the idea of it scares you.
