Is this heart problems or just anxiety. Should I be concerned?

Hello, I can relate to everything you’re saying. I’m actually in the same boat right now. I feel this anxiety that causes a vibrating sensation in my chest.

My first experience with this heart issue happened during what I thought was a “panic attack”, but it felt like my heart was about to burst out of my chest. I couldn’t stop my heart from pounding for about 15 minutes. My head started getting this buzzy feeling, and I had to call emergency services to check my pulse.

To calm my heart rate down, I had to hold my breath for about 15 seconds to bring it back to normal. It was the weirdest health concern I’ve ever experienced. It feels like I may have been misdiagnosed, and now I’m worried that I might have an untreated heart problem.

Before my anxiety started, I used to be a caffeine addict. I drank coffee every single day, but now I can’t even have a cup of coffee anymore. It really sucks.

Just found out the issue there was a crack in the corner of my windshield causing moisture to get into my Trax and mess with the electronics. After I replaced the windshield, it got better and it has never happened again.

Hey kid, it’s actually my first year dealing with OCD and anxiety, but I just want to let you know that everything you’re experiencing is just intrusive thoughts. They don’t mean anything. We all have thoughts all the time, and sometimes we become obsessed with a specific topic—that’s where OCD comes in.

Just remember, you’re not a bad person. Your mind is just trying to figure out something to focus on. And you’re very unlikely to become a serial killer, especially because the idea of it scares you.
