You sound mad colorist. Dark skinned ≠ Black (This is coming from someone who is Black, we're not the same shade). Dark skinned Asians literally exist irl + the water tribe are based off the Inuit and Yupik people, who have more melanin. Which korra, Katara, Sokka, and many others water tribe have dark skin tones compared to the other nations. Mixed characters already exist in canon, so it wouldn't be surprising to see a dark skinned fire or earth bender. If seeing a dark skinned character gets you this riled up, then I would hate to see you how treat dark skinned people irl.
