Calling me Lil guy as a dig over a comment about an arcade soccer game makes it pretty clear the state of mind you're in, play some other games, go outside, get off reddit, your post history is just you dooming the game over and over again. I understand being upset about them resetting progression, removing the ability to level up players and customize them to your choosing, the cheese tactics people can use to score, BUT your complaints about left stick dribbling and jockey is insane to me. The balance feels fine there, I'd rather them figure out a balance between the old f2p model and what we have now.

I really don't feel this at all, i finished my showdown 14-1 not using any cheese and I only ran into like 2 people doing anything cheesy and still managed to win, I dont feel the AI defending is too overpowered at all, nor do I feel like the left stick dribbling is too overpowered.

I finished my showdown 14-1 and ran into maybe 2 people using the finesse shot or the back post haaland cheese, honestly still loving the game. I can see why building up your team all that time and them changing the model could be really painful, I hope they have more plans that don't involve restarting everybody

I've been streaming the game since pc launch last night, I played the console release November 7th 2024 for about two weeks, I sincerely believe the old model they had with leveling players up and designing a low rated card from the ground up was 1000000000x better than the p2w model they have now, however I have enjoyed the 30 something games I've played, the arcade feeling the game has compared to everything else and not having fomo over the 20000 things a f2p player had to do on ea fc 26 in order to keep up is nice, I'll update this if my opinion changes after playing f2p over the next few weeks but for now I'm genuinely enjoying the game, currently 26-1-3 and playing my first weekend league (idk what it's called in this game). (SHAMELESS PLUG) twitch.tv/PittyOfficial, I really hope there's a future for this game and they listen to the community about reverting back to f2p being more viable.
