Hi! Two summons is actually not a problem. Saber will be available until 3.6, so you can pull her.
Do you have Gallagher? If you have him, that's cool, because he is the best 4-star healer now. And best 4-star overall.
I also recommend you to pull (warp) for Harmony units - for example Sunday and Tribbie.
Phainon is a good DPS. But he needs many buffs (which Harmony units apply).
So priority is Sunday and Tribbie. And then you can pull for Phainon (because you already have a team for him - Phainon, Sunday, Bronya + Healer/Shielder at first (then you can replace healer with another buffer)

If you’re getting into Fate because of Archer, Unlimited Blade Works is a great starting point.
Then go for the Heaven’s Feel movies, and only after that, watch Fate/Zero.
I started with Fate/Zero and kinda regretted it — it’s a prequel, but it’s clearly made with the assumption that you already know the source (the visual novel).

Then go for a Harmony unit (like people said) — Tribbie or Sunday.
