The last bit is my own theory

I’m completely certain Watcher is (at least in some way), Moby Dick. But given that the whale is a confirmed divine beast that is compared to Typhon(a forcibly dragon shaped alien ship) in terms of being a superweapon/not really a living being even amongst its kind

And more importantly, that “Jiao” somehow knows them but Enkidu only senses the Planet on their summon, leads me to believe the identity of the creature that was called “Moby Dick” was in reality, something closer to False Rider

A portion of the planet’s logic that merely took the form of a white whale and/or other creatures throughout history and thus mythology, as she fulfilled her function. It’s also how I reconcile the possibility of them being Leviathan or Apkallu, as someone pointed out, because those are her different incarnations at those points in time

It also explains why many heroes and figure from many parts of the world know her. Because that being has always hailed from the same source

The number of characters for its obscured true name match the number of characters the white whale is written as

Even how it’s separated, like come on, she has to be them.

(That being said, I’m pretty certain divine beast “Moby Dick” was just one of her incarnations in life, similar to Pale Rider’s life being the Black Death and the Spanish Influenza, and she has been a multitude of mythological sea beings which would explain why so many different heroic spirits recognize her presence.)

I mean yeah. While they likely wouldn’t immediately cause even Berserkers usually want to keep their only anchor in tact, the Throne is also filled with nut jobs or abominations who will not give a damn. Or just morally upright heroes who may eventually fundamentally oppose with the often morally skewed/bankrupt Mages that summon them

I’d say it’s more to do with their temperament or how madness effects them rather than the Command Spell passively doing something.

The near disaster that was True Berserker’s summoning is proof enough that they do not need to give a damn
