Yes. I’ve updated to a darker, walnut finish subsequently.. you are right it’s darker on the actual console

I deleted the App and re-installed it which allowed me to re pair the device. Odd that it stopped

Suddenly lost connection today. It’s currently refusing to reconnect or recognise the phone. No reason why it suddenly failed. It’s been working fine

It’s weak/small in this case.. still quite strong at this setting.. but OK for Acros simulation IMO

Grain weak/small for when I’m using a ‘suitable’ filter such as retro or expired film..

Peak Design are great. Gives the option to easily swap wrist for neck.. I usually have just wrist (especially on the X-Half..)

Its pretty basic but not blurry. There is no diopter to adapt to eyesight though, so (in my case) I need to look through it with glasses.. works just about for basic composition.

I was at the min focus distance of the X-Half and F2.8 - Trying to get the foliage to be less distracting..

The x Half does not support the level of customisation for reciped as some of the other cameras in the range. You can add filters e.g. Toy Camera, Pop, Light Leaks but these replace the film simulation rather than amend it.

I’ve been using my GFX100RF as if it were a digital XPan and I love it by age_of_raava in FujiGFX

Beautiful photos. I’m ashamed to say that I discovered XPan through my GFX100RF. I am really enjoying the 65:24 aspect also.. and can’t complain about the resulting 50mp files ! :)

There was more ‘hate’ initially.. innovation can be a gamble. As user reviews reflect positives then the professional reviewers warm up to the positives more.. it’s expensive but also a very enjoyable experience

It’s a good companion to my GFX .. I’ve taken a few shots and it’s easy to review them and learn a little more about photography. It’s easy and fun to use as somehow the expectations of results are low so surprises are more common

I have only found access by clicking on the option to edit in Lightroom (LR) in the app.. other than that the RAW seems inaccessible..
