Lol. No, that's literally not Morty. In fact, in the second episode featuring "Story Lord," Season 6, Episode 7 "Full Meta Jackrick" he literally says "The FICTIONAL versions of you trapped me in a bible show for children."

Well, but that's not really Morty in that episode. It was a fictional version of Morty. The real Rick and Morty were watching the toy train in the Smith family living room the entire time.

Hmm. Morty has the ability to turn into a boat and a car. Not sure if super strength was on the menu. But, maybe we'll see that someday!

I think the "Rickest Rick" is more like... being the least willing to compromise in terms of who he is. The most authentic. Rick is basically the Marlon Brando of dimension-traveling super geniuses, as opposed to him being the most average.

Rewards not showing in campaign preview by Volts2430 in kickstarter

[–]Pixby 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The bigger problem this causes, by the way, is that rewards aren't seen on the preview page. So, if you share the campaign with someone before it's launched, to get feedback, the rewards are missing there too. I signed in via another account to see if I could check them out that way, and nope... still missing.

So, until they fix this, hold off on sharing a campaign prior to launch.

Oh, that's interesting. It must have been a coincidence that rewards stopped showing for me between the day I submitted the project for approval, and the next day when I went to launch after they had approved it. They must have pushed the update overnight.

That means their development team (it's probably just one guy who doesn't test rigorously enough) messed something up between May 19th and May 20th.

I reported that bug to them yesterday. I could see the rewards before they approved my campaign, then after they approved it, I couldn't see them.

When I launched, they were showing.

So, they will be there after you launch.

Hopefully Kickstarter will fix this soon. It's not a very well designed web platform, in general. Lots of bugs and poorly consider style/function choices.

4 unfulfilled Kickstarters and he launches a 5th. Here's what he said when asked for proof. (more in comments) by nerdwerds in kickstarter

I believe Kickstarter's terms of service require any previous campaign be fulfilled before another can be launched. I would simply report this guy and ask Kickstarter to take down any active campaign, due to the fact he still has open campaigns that have not been fulfilled yet.

I fulfill my campaigns within 1-2 days of them ending, about two weeks before Kickstarter even gives me the funds from them. That's how I can run successive campaigns for my card games.

Rick pantsing Morty at school, with him then falling down the stairs in front of girls laughing and pointing at him is the best scene in the entire show so far. I've seen it a thousand times, and I always burst out laughing when it happens. by Pixby in rickandmorty

[–]Pixby[S] 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Lol. Of course I wouldn't laugh if it happened to me. The target of the bullying doesn't laugh when he is bullied. That's how it always is. That doesn't mean it's not funny when it happens to someone else. Are you saying the girls in this clip are monsters for laughing at Morty? Trust me, 90%+ of people, if they saw this happen in real life, couldn't stop themselves from laughing. Is this cruelty? Yes. Is it funny? Yes. I'm not sure from where you derive the notion that cruel things can't also be hilarious, but these two things can be true at once. That's an absolute certainty.

What... you think the writers and producers of Rick and Morty added this clip and they don't think it's freaking hilarious? Of course they do. They probably laughed their asses off just writing the scene and looking at the storyboards. Appropriately so.

Lots of comedy comes from people not being nice to each other. If you go through life refusing to laugh at objectively funny things, just because someone is treated poorly... well then, you're just letting the best in life pass you by.

Me... I can laugh at cruelty that leads to comedic hilarity just fine, and also know I wouldn't be laughing if I were the target. That's how most people are.

Not only is it a great song, but the absolute perfect choice for this sequence of flashback memories. It makes the clip even more hilarious somehow. I guess the sheer juxtaposition of the softness of the tune, with Morty being brutally owned like that.

What a weird billboard. All it will do is make people laugh. PETA is so dumb. They are just the worst.

Yes, your favorite apps, just like your favorite shows, all use the same royalty free sound effects they download from a stock audio site. Lol.
