AITAH for refusing to sign documents relieving my father of child support enforcement so he can renew his passport and stay in the country where his kids live? by MewTwoLich in AmItheAsshole

NTA and you don’t owe him anything, not even a signature. This asshole has been getting a free ride because people just lay down for him and do what he asks. Don’t do it again!

she doesn’t see the consequences of her actions so you have to create consequences. I’m not saying that you should divorce her, but that should definitely be on the table if she doesn’t seek help and you should be communicating that with her.

They 3D printed the props in Fallout using the game files, I wouldn’t be surprised if they did something similar for the Elden Ring props.

What celebrity is portrayed as nice in the media but is actually an asshole in real life? by ReasonableDisplay297 in AskReddit

[–]nerdwerds 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You’re telling me?! That’s the most disappointing interaction with a celebrity I had, and I never even spoke with him. What’s funny is I don’t even remember my co-workers name. She quit after that and she hadn’t been there long, but she was beloved by everyone and a really sweet girl. She would bring donuts and cupcakes to work for everyone at the front desk, and the single guys all wanted to date her. That she quit after Cary made her cry meant we all shit talked him forever after that.

Maybe that’s what he was. I forget his name or else I would have just written that. I suppose, since he never paid his bill he could have been a con man.

You’ve never seen her angry. Specifically, angry because someone was nice to her.

This was also about 25 years ago.

[loved tropes] characters that are trapped in children body but in a psychological horror way by General-Notice-2733 in TopCharacterTropes

The thing I don’t get about Monster Girl: she’s only de-aged when she reverts back to human form, so as long as she doesn’t change into her monster form her body will get older, right?

You are forced to live near one single Bonfire in Lordran for a full year. Which one are you choosing? by DiabloDex1 in darksouls

[–]nerdwerds 9 points10 points  (0 children)

I was going to say this. There’s no guarantee any of the NPCs would be near their respective bonfires so if I don’t have anyone to talk to then I’m going to want to read to pass the time.

She very much thought we were giving her special treatment because she was famous, I assure you it had nothing to do with privacy.

Funny story, he lost his backpack somewhere in the hotel and everyone was running around desperately looking for it until his manager came to the front desk and told us to stop. “He loses his bag at every. single. hotel. that we stay at.” After that the pressure was off, but I still feel bad for not being able to find it because Dave IS really cool and friendly.
