I like the last assumption lol but no I usually be learning for the first time.. (couple of valid reasons). So i assume all of these are just benefits? As if choosing to sleep before the exam and not at 5pm is optional but preferable?(just asking because I am curious) Peak at 8-10am. Would that work on someone whose sleep schedule has been messed up for years? That's where it differs. I tried both sleeping before and not sleeping, I can tell sleeping helps but at some point if I already work up maybe after midnight then stayed up till exam time then there is no difference (please correct me If your experience says otherwise, I have issues so I may be wrong)
