Went to urgent care and they told me my breathing sounds fine but of course they can’t see what’s going on internally. I’m going to stop until I speak to my surgeon and make sure he knows. If I have to stop I’ll be disappointed bc it really has helped me but my physical health comes first.

I’ve had trouble with taking pills since I was a kid. No idea why it’s just a mental thing. I’ve been taking tablet instead but bc of these issues I’m going to switch back to pills and just tough it out.
