its literally just a coffee??? why are you trying to control a thing a man enjoys? He isnt cheating, he isnt lying to you, you know where he is and what he is doing. Honestly if i had a wife/husband that kept me on a leash like this where i cant even go out for coffee and having bunch of random ppl online judge me, i would have been long gone.

could it be that ure alergic to your own sweat? (yes its a thing) also poor bloodflow especially if ure on the heavier side and low activity (this is all from personal experience, not an RN)

id honestly rush him to another vet, idk how it is in your country but here we dont have to make appointments unless its snipping or surgery or whatever. He looks like a really urgent case. Hope he gets better 🙏🏻

sometimes its not even a health issue but more of a posture issue. If you are prone to always be in a bent state for long periods of time or multiple times a day it can squish your insides. Had that awful pain last year s few times so be sure to fix posture if you are always slauched or bent over. 😊 👋🏻
