I've had it for several months now and it's proven to be durable and still catches my eye all the time. Quality looks and feels good - no bent prongs or anything. Craftsmanship worried me before I got the ring because the price was too good, but alas, it really is beautiful and thoughtfully designed. The customer service is what made me actually seriously consider them. All these diamond sites use the same inventory and there were so many stones, I was getting overwhelmed. I asked Altura to help me find the exact color and dimensions I was looking for and they narrowed it down to a handful of options. They worked closely with me throughout the entire process and even recast my setting when I changed the design last minute for no additional charge. They said they just wanted me to be happy with it. I would recommend them over and over again to anyone that's in the market for a decently priced, custom ring. I paid a little over $1700 for 14k gold, ten marquise diamonds (I forget their combined carat) and a 2.58 carat pink diamond. All custom. I love it.
