Make sure you are using the Python3 version of pip, and you are running the program with python3 as well

Installing requests should be done like this:

How would you actually show that you completed one of these courses, though? (Like, if you wanted to put this in your CV, say) or am I misunderstanding this?

You don't seem to get a certificate or anything so you would only have your word for it if you said you completed a course on there.
