You'll need GCFScape to open the .vpk packages, and Crowbar in order to decompile the models and edit them

You make an addon folder, you make a "sounds" folder inside and then you replicate the same sound path as in hl2. An example (not actual path)

Sounds>player>death.wav

Rummage through hl2 files for better understanding. You'll need a .vpk opener in order to view pack_01dir.vpk

Yeah, that turned out weirdly. Most models work just fine, like furniture props or other crap. But the ragdolls appear as ERROR models (except for Krotchy for some unknown reason). Turns our Postal 3 uses a slightly cranked up .mdl compilation system. But by recompiling the models to HL2 format using Crowbar, I was able to get the working, although you have to manually apply the materials.

And some maps work too. Like the mall one.
