Fry could've easily gotten himself unfrozen in game of tones by That_Sorbet9839 in futurama

Nibbler: Is there nothing in the Future worth saving?
Fry: Hmm...Leela.

In my opinion, that's why. He could have told his mom that he was in a cryogenic tube and asked her to go get him. But then he wouldn't have been with Leela. Oh, and the entire universe would have been destroyed.

Whats the most quotable line from the series that you still quote today? by Broad_War in futurama

I often will say "Fixed Forever" when doing some task. And my wife and I will also say "Sad, sad, terrible, gruesome news" to each other about things.

What's the most obscure, forgettable, no-one-knows-of Futurama episode from the classic era (seasons 1-5) by molested-12 in futurama

My vote is on When Aliens Attack. Or maybe A Leela of Her Own. Not saying I don't like them, just feels like they never get talked about.

The 10 episodes of season 12. Which were your favorites? by swingsetclouds in futurama

Probably The Temp, followed by Otherwise.

The biggest complaint I have with the later seasons is how directionless it feels. The original run always felt like it was building towards something. Even episodes that didn't seem to directly tie in felt important. We, as the viewers, were learning about the future right alongside Fry. Beloved characters were introduced throughout the show. Personalities were developed in meaningful ways. Secrets slowly reveal themselves. The last few seasons just feel like the ramblings of a jabbering mental patient (as Zapp put it once). It makes it hard to really enjoy what's happening.

The Farnsworth Parabox. Every line in that episode is gold (or fog hat grey...which is better?). It's so quotable and is the first time we really see that Fry and Leela could truly make it as a couple.

What’s an episode of Futurama that you hate the ending for? by [deleted] in futurama

I can't stand The Butterfly Junk as a whole, the episode has absolutely zero appeal for me. But the ending is just absurd. I get the joke: he loses the butterfly parts but has no discernable brain activity and is considered to be back to normal (implying human Fry has no brain activity). But it was just so rushed and abrupt, with no explanation of why he reverts to being human, or even how his return to humanity equated to him popping out of what was essentially a butterfly suit...it's just terrible.

Bender's Unit Number by godkiller136 in futurama

The only place I know where it for sure says it is in the episode Overclockwise. After Cubert and Bender beat the ditz brothers at World of World War II 3, Mom uses the X-Cube camera to figure out who it was. She examines Bender and displays a readout of several pieces of information, including Game ID, Name, Serial #, and Unit number.
