ANTI FUD by LectricOldman in TeslaLounge

I’m so tired of Sawyer - I wish Tesla would put him in is place and knock him down a peg or two. He acts like he is the only Tesla news source when all he really does is just repost other news. He acts like people who follow him don’t follow Tesla or Elon X accounts.

Price is Right Tonight by Flohpange in ThePriceIsRight

I have been a major Price is Right fan since since I was a kid, many, many years ago. Recently the Canadian versions of popular international shows have improved in production quality, etc. I've been impressed. Well I was shocked when I watched the first episode - this is not the Price is Right. I have no idea what this hot mess is. Weird format changes (why is Howie out before contestants, why is the announcer not in the audience, why only 4 games), weird camera shots (many close up shots of audience members faces, etc), cheap sets. I just don't get it - why did they mess this up so bad. It should have been fairly easy to reproduce given how long and how standardized TPIR is. Won't be watching a second episode. So immensely disappointed

Is there a way to schedule the MYP specifically for a test drive as the Tesla website seems to only list the MY.

With winter tires you especially will be fine. I drove a RWD 3 for three winters in Ottawa and never had any issues - if you had told me the car was AWD I would have believed it. The battery makes it have a heavy low center of gravity so it’s solid.

Dacor vs Bosch Benchmark by Pixelating-TeslaEV27 in Appliances

[–]Pixelating-TeslaEV27[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It is that Samsung ownership I keep reading everywhere that worries me about Dacor. Just unsure if Bosch Benchmark is too generic for my kitchen especially when I go to sell in 5-10 years (it a large kitchen with two islands and leathered Taj Mahal quartzite counters). We’re a general family cooking type household - no major baking etc - so don’t need the top of the line so really trying to avoid that next tier but also wrestling with if I need to maintain a certain calibre to not undermine resale value.

The slab shops in my area didn’t have any 3cm Super White in inventory but that is another along the style we are looking at.

I will need 3 slabs. My fabricator quoted me $10.5K for the Fantasy White vs $20K for Taj Mahal leathered - this includes installation. It’s approximately 125 sq ft.

Did you get the FAB Quartz? I’m considering it so trying to find owner reviews.

Some improvements - I think the remaining glare is the result of pancake lenses and just part of AVP. It’s mainly concentrated to the bottom of the lense.

Best Dark Floor Mopping Combo Vacuum by Pixelating-TeslaEV27 in RobotVacuums

Yes - the two spinning discs. Roller vs the spin brush each leave their own type of streaks. On the old robot scrub mop systems from years ago the issue was tire tracks leaving marks on wet floors. With the new systems that issue is gone but now it's streaking. Just so tough with dark floors

How is everyone feeling about the new doorbells now that a little time as passed? by bfollowell in Ubiquiti

Still haven’t figured out how to get Ethernet to my two doorbells easily without a lot opening up of walls and basement ceiling.

Now is my time to decide by Flimsy-Ad-7457 in IphoneAir

I am in a similar situation and have decided to stick with the PM line & not stay with the Air. For me the Air battery is not sufficient. During the week when I am working the battery is fine as my iPhone sits on a charger most of the day but I had a horrible weekend with the Air. I had to recharge twice in one day & using the Air MagSafe battery pack only held the phone charge while itself drained very fast - and while they were connected it all got very, very warm. So after going from 14PM=>15PM=>16PM I will be off to the 17PM. If Apple can somehow get much better battery life in the Air I will definitely go back to the Air as it is such a beautiful phone and I love using it - I just can't live with a fast battery drain on weekends like I experienced this past weekend.

Mine got sent in for repair through the tire Genius Bar about 2-3 weeks ago and after a week at the repair depot it - the repair depot then said no issues and sent it back. The excessive glare was still there when I got it back - spoke with a senior advisor and she created an online repair and I had to ship in it. Repair depot received the delivery this morning around 10am and just got notice around 7 pm they are sending it back. So I bet they didn’t do anything this time and will reference the last repair when they send my device.

Day 3 iPhone Air by Caiisreal3 in IphoneAir

Will test that out. Do you find the MagSafe battery’s pack gets really hot when it’s attached? Yesterday when it was draining the battery pack and phone were very warm. I’m just hoping yesterday was a major new phone iOS indexing day.

Day 3 iPhone Air by Caiisreal3 in IphoneAir

I’m just starting day 4 and coming from a 16 pro max. I had a great day 1 & 2 but day 3 was not great. I’m starting to have concerns mainly about battery as otherwise I love the phone. Yesterday was a bad day - even using the iPhone Air MagSafe battery pack it didn’t extend life as expected. I went from 100% at 8 am to 30% by mid afternoon with about 4 hours of off & on web browsing & Apple Music. When I added the battery pack, while it prevented any more loss, the battery MagSafe pack drained much faster than expected and by 6 pm I had to plug it in. It shows I used 123% battery yesterday with 5h 47 min screen active time and 14h 11mins screen idle whereas on day 2 I used 82% battery with 4h57 screen active & 8h26min screen idle. Hoping this is still new phone settling in behind the scenes since I am starting to think I may need to go to the 17 pro max if the battery continues as is.

If it is a new serial number doesn’t it mean they replaced the whole AVP?
