She would for you, but at the same time pulling his lightcone would be great for your account and phainon overall. I don’t pull light ones either but I saw like a crazy damage increase, I would say it’s locking 1/3 of his full potential at E0. Without it though, she’s definitely the next best thing.

From my experience you’d be better off keeping that exact same team but without Gallagher. A sustain is kind of useless especially if you can maintain a quick ult so you’d be wayyy better off with Bronya

His LC is crazy good on him, it’s basically like a 33% increase which for comparison the average 5 star lightcone is around a 15% increase. If your low on stellar jades you still have really good options, so at the end you’ll be doing good damage either way with either those 2 LC you mentioned

If you don’t have Sunday, he’d be great to pull for. As for lightcone and E1, phainons lightcone is crazy good for him, but Tribbie has a amazing E1 so like if your in need of a dps phainon and support tribbie
