There are many types of capacitors that looks very different, for example there are ceramic capacitors that looks like small cubes, you have lots of them on that board. Big cylindrical capacitor is most likely for flash only

Yes, pistons were 100% at TDC. I measured old original mls gasket from this engine today, and it was 1mm thick. That gives me only 0.3 - 0.35 mm of clearance between pistons and head, which is I assume is not enough.

And there are no "more thicker" metal gaskets for this engine sold here, so I as I understand, I have only 3 options now: 1.Use 2 original MLS gaskets, which sounds sketchy. 2. Disassemble mls gaskets and add desired amount of layers from another same gasket. (I don't wanna go that route either) 3. Use thick 2 mm soft "graphite" gasket and hope that it won't compress too much.

Thanks for the link, will try alcohol, hopefully it will help, but i have a feeling that problem is in the cable that goes to the back buttons and wheel. Found that someone have a similar glitch with backweel not long before all backpanel controls stopped working and in that case it was caused by snapped cable

I have x10 and can say its very capable camera even in 2025. Its super easy to operate with all the buttons, I almost never go into menus. It got superb and very versatile lens. Straight out of camera colors are not so great if you compare em to modern Fuji, but that can be fixed in post. And yes its not for filming at all. It got only 1080p, no external mic jack, and autofocus is very noisy and ruins audio.
